Scope:

• Maintain the office during the overnight, AM and PM hours (schedule will be based on business levels week to week)
• Must be able to complete all AM, PM and night audit shift work including check-ins, late departures, side work, cash handling, auditing the accounting activities of the club, ensuring credit balances are correct, settling balances, sending credit card batch to bank, etc.
• Must be able to complete reservations, answers phones, and transfer calls island wide in a polite expeditious manner
• Develop and maintain good communication and work relationships in all areas of the club
• Resolve customer complaints; anticipate potential problems
• Follow-up on all shift issues and ensure they are all completely resolved prior to departure.
• Work in conjunction with accounting to maintain and minimize levels of account receivables.
• Adhere to Fisher Island Club grooming standards
• Personally welcome guests; recognize and anticipate their individual needs; share preferences with all associates, update profiles by recording preferences.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:
• Two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a luxury hotel, club, or resort environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Working Conditions:
