Must have exquisite guest service and phone experience working in a luxury environment. The GSA receives all telephone and radio call of the Club, Hotel and other departments. Books reservations, complete check-ins and check-outs; answer and transfer all calls island wide in a polite expeditious manner. The candidate must have a valid driver's license and be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
